All orders are carefully inspected before shipment.

For non-customized regular products:
- We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days after delivery.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, unless the item is defective or wrong due to our error.

For customized, personalized, OEM or bulk orders:
- 50% deposit is non-refundable once design or production has started.
- No refund, return, or exchange once production is completed.
- We only accept responsibility for production quality issues.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us with photos within 7 days of delivery.
