We do NOT design, produce, or replicate any counterfeit, brand replicas, trademark-infringing, or patented designs.
All custom pieces comply with US Copyright Law, EU Intellectual Property Law, and Trademark Regulations.
 

What We Can Customize

- Original design based on your idea

- Logo engraving for registered brand owners

- OEM & private label manufacturing
 
What We CANNOT Do
 
- Replicate or copy luxury brand designs (Cartier, Tiffany, Van Cleef, etc.)

- Use any registered trademark or logo without proof of ownership

- Produce “identical,” “1:1,” or “duplicate” designs of any brand

- Create products that infringe third-party patents, copyrights, or trademarks

We confirm style, size, material, production time, and price.
 
3. Design Approval
 
You approve the final design before production.
By approving, you confirm the design is original and non-infringing.
 
4. 50% Deposit
 
Non-refundable deposit to start production.
 
5. Production
 
Handcrafted with strict quality control.
 
6. Final Photo Confirmation
 
We send real photos for your final check.
 
7. Balance Payment
 
Pay remaining 50% before shipping.
 
8. Shipping & Tracking
 
Secure shipping with tracking number provided.
 

Important Terms (Legal Disclaimer)
 
1. All custom designs must be original and non-infringing.

2. The client guarantees full ownership and legal rights to any design, logo, or trademark provided.

3. We reserve the right to reject any order that may violate intellectual property laws.

4. Custom orders are non-refundable once production starts.

5. Production time: 7–15 business days (depending on complexity).

6. We only take responsibility for production quality, not for IP/legal issues caused by client-provided designs.
